The rock and crocodile
are both being made in-house by our Assistant Designer Ali
Allen. The rock is a steel frame clad in fire-proof polystyrene
and fibre-glass. The croc head was carved out of
polystyrene to create a mould which will be used to cast a
thin rubber "mask".

Thin ply is glued together to build up the
required thickness and clamped until dry to create a laminate
which will hold its shape
when dry.
